Every time somebody opened the wait list and chose a location where no massage therapist was checked in. They were told nobody was available straight away and were not added to the line and not texted. Because the refusal happens the moment they pick a location, most rows carry only the time and the place — a name and number appear only where the last therapist checked out while the form was already open. Repeat taps from the same phone within 30 minutes count once.

Everybody who actually joined the line — they left a name and a number and we texted them. One row per sign-up, newest first. Wait is how long they stood in line before a therapist took them. Minutes is the length of the massage, read off the therapist's own massage log: the two are recorded separately, so it is matched to the sign-up by therapist, venue and time rather than stored against it. A ~ means the match rests on the clock alone; hover for detail. Outcome is never a guess — it is what the therapist tapped.
